USEF-Nepal is pleased to provide our valued users the following important updates on center relocation. We have made adjustments in our original relocation plan keeping in mind student peak standardized testing periods, U.S. university search and application timelines, and USEF-Nepal services’ critical usage periods. We are doing our very best to minimize student services disruption during our relocation phase.
USEF-Nepal will remain in its existing location in Gyaneswor up until the end of December 2019.
USEF-Nepal’s EducationUSA Advising Center services (previously announced as unavailable from September 16-30, 2019) will resume regular operations in Gyaneswor from Monday, September 23, 2019. We warmly welcome all students back to our center.
USEF-Nepal’s EducationUSA Advising Center services will be unavailable from December 16-31, 2019 due to relocation activities.

- Our Prometric Testing Center will resume operations in our existing facility in Gyaneswor from September 23 – December 15, 2019. Students scheduled for exams between December 16-31, 2019 will be notified of revised test schedules, and are welcome to reach out to our Prometric Test Center at 014444780 ext. 33 in the meanwhile with any questions or concerns.
- Students who have cancelled their USEF-Nepal Student Membership based on our August 14, 2019 announcement are welcome to reinstate their Membership by contacting our front desk with national ID and the returned annual fee. USEF-Nepal is pleased to grant a two-month free extension on original Membership expiry date to those seeking reinstatement, for inconvenience caused.
We are working hard on ensuring a wonderful, new space starting January 2020, and the least amount of disruption to our center’s valued users in the mean time. We appreciate everyone’s support and patience during our transition time and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
