The Commission for Educational Exchange between the United States and Nepal (also known as the Fulbright Commission or USEF/Nepal) is open fully fledged for the public now. All in-person activities were halted and replaced with online activities since March 2020 due to the pandemic. USEF Nepal staff teleworked and continued to provide online as well as telephone advise to students, scholars and institutions for nearly two years. We are excited to welcome the public back to our premise in Aakriti Marg, Maharajgunj. The Prometic Testing Center is open in full capacity now. For testing queries, email testing@fulbrightnepal.org.np Anyone can access the USEF-Nepal Library Monday through Friday, except on holidays that fall on a weekday. The library will have two shifts in a day. The morning shift will be 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM, and the afternoon shift will be 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM. Students will need to book an appointment in advance to use the library. To book an appointment, students can visit https://usefnepal.org/library-seat-booking/ Students and scholars who wish to attest their academic documents can drop them off from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM during a working day. Students must bring original academic documents along with clear photocopies for attestation.
