IN SECTION: ACADEMIC & PROFESSIONAL INFORMATION

2. Letter of Support from home institution- upload a letter of support/leave from your home institution, confirming your ability to participate in a Fulbright award

IN SECTION: PROJECT PROPOSAL

3. Project Statement- upload a detailed project statement of three (3) to five (5) single-spaced pages (not to exceed 3,500 words)
4. Letter of Invitation- Letter of invitation from your affiliated host institution in the US should be typed on institutional letterhead and signed. The letter should also contain the proposed academic year. Please note that invitations do not ensure selection for an award

5. Passport- copy of the passport data page

IN SECTION: ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

COUNTRY SPECIFIC

6. Physicians Letter- in Hospital/clinic letterhead, signed by a Medical Doctor attesting your good health and specifying any disabilities

SUPPLEMENTAL DOCUMENTS

7. TOEFL test score report- This is not a requirement for application submission. Upload only if you have already taken the test no later than September 2019
8. Bibliography- For research proposals, provide a list of one to three pages of references relevant to the proposed research. Please use proper formatting

9. PhD certificate (for researchers) and equivalent professional training or experience at the time of application (for artists)
10. Attested transcripts and certificates of academic qualifications from +2 (post secondary) onwards. Combine all into one PDF to upload
