| August was a busy month of comings and goings for USEF-N. We welcomed incoming Fulbright Scholars and Student Researchers to Nepal and bid farewell and good luck to Fulbright Master’s students, Humphrey Fellows, a Fulbright Teaching, Excellence and Achievement (TEA) Fellow, and Opportunity Funds students heading to the United States. Within Nepal, Fulbright alumni and local schools helped us to spread the word about educational opportunities in the United States. We welcomed 2119 students to our office in Maharajgunj to make use of our research library, meet with advisers, and attend briefing sessions on study in the United States. The library is open to the public daily from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. |
