| Sunday, August 31, 2025 | Free Day | For representatives interested in tourist activity, we will have something planned. |
| Monday, September 1, 2025 | Fly to Pokhara | Participants are responsible for booking their own flights and hotel accommodation. If you would like to travel as a group with the EducationUSA Center staff, please book the following flight: Buddha Air – Flight U4 609 Departure from Kathmandu: 10:35 Arrival in Pokhara: 11:00 Hotel: Hotel Barahi Pokhara We will provide group transportation for participants on this flight:
